Hot Roll Press

The hot roll press ultimately applies heat and pressure to the coated electrode to increase adhesion to the substrate, reduce internal defects, and uniformly reduce thickness.

The hot pressing roller (CR300) provided by our company is a vertical arrangement of two rolls with a diameter of 300 mm and a length of 600 mm, and the temperature can be raised to 300℃ using induction heating devices inside and on the surface of the roll.
